Information you choose to share

The email brief builder runs in your browser. It does not submit details to a server or save them in local storage. If you send the prepared email, your name, email, company and project details reach the business Gmail inbox. Your email provider also processes the message.

The separate project inquiry form is hosted by Tally. Submitting that form stores your answers in the studio’s Tally account and sends a notification to the business inbox. The form asks for contact and project information; it does not take payments or add you to a newsletter. If you reached this site through a link we shared, such as one from Instagram or an email, that link may carry a short source tag like ?src=instagram. Your browser keeps it for the current tab only and adds it to the form link, so we can see which channel led to an enquiry. It contains no personal information.

Purpose and access

Inquiry information is used to respond, assess project fit and maintain relevant business correspondence. Access is limited to the studio operator and the service providers needed to handle it. Do not include passwords, customer records, confidential uploads or payment details in an inquiry.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure it. Google provides the business inbox. Their processing may involve countries outside your own. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Form responses are also handled under Tally’s privacy policy. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites. It has no advertising pixels, third-party fonts or embedded forms.

Retention and requests

Unconverted inquiries are removed from active studio records within 90 days of the last conversation. Client records follow the retention agreed for the engagement and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Service providers manage their own security logs and backup retention. Email studio.framerelay@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask us to stop contacting you. No inquiry is treated as permission for unrelated marketing.
