FrameRelay Studio is an independent motion-design practice in India, founded and run by Sandeep Kumar, focused on software and technical ideas.

The work starts with understanding the product: what it actually does, who needs it, and the moment that makes it click. From there, accurate interfaces and purposeful movement do the explaining.

The portfolio begins with original fictional concept studies. Each includes the brief, the visual approach and the rendered result. No invented customers, borrowed case studies or promised performance metrics.

Precision by design.

Original vector graphics and a frame-accurate production process keep the details precise and every update repeatable. AI-assisted tools can support production; creative review and final-frame QA remain part of the work.
